Teens/Kids Program

Beo Kids/Teens is a seasonal (summer) fitness program based on proper functional movements,lifting, and high intestity training, but tailored specifically for children of all ages and abilities. Our main focus is to make fitness enjoyable so that children will live an active lifestyle and cultivate a life-long love of fitness. In addition, we aim to strengthen kids physically through ten fitness domains—Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy—and mentally through things such as working as a team, building confidence, and challenging them to try new things.
Beo Kids uses a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to challenge our children. Our classes incorporate a wide variety of skills from gymnastics, powerlifting, weightlifting, body weight movements, and conditioning such as running, jump roping, rowing, and more.
Many adults doing this type of training have seen wonderful improvements physically, but also in their quality of life. The same benefits apply to children participating in our kids program.
