'FFF' Class is designed to build the foundation for functional fitness and Crossfit. This class will be held 6 times per week and members have the option to come to 3 of those classes. In this class we will focus on the functional movements that you will encounter in our regular Crossfit classes and work on core strength and conditioning. You will do various movements and workouts that will be challenging, but under direct supervision and coaching to ensure safety and proper movement. This 'FFF' class will prepare you to move into our regular class after 1-2 months. The coaches will assess you movement ability and overall functional performance and work with you to ensure the best outcomes for you and your goals.
