Jeff is a CrossFit level 2 trainer and Owner of Crossfit Beo.  He has the Crossfit Mobility certification as well as been through the Enderton strength seminar.  He has been pursuing fitness and health since he was young playing football and wrestling all through his youth and then moving on to competitive Rugby in college.  Since then Jeff has always been in the gym and trying different types of training.  Functional fitness became part of his normal routine in 2006, when he began working with Kettle bells regularly.  Jeff has been doing Crossfit now since 2011 and enjoys every aspect of the community and the training itself.  Jeff is a 2 time cancer survivor and believes that his health and fitness have played a huge roll in how he was able to recover from this devastating disease.  Healthy and alive, Jeff continues to pursue his Crossfit journey.  He is married to his beautiful wife Michelle and has 2 young boys who also enjoy Crossfit.  Jeff hopes that you enjoy Crossfit and more specifically Crossfit Beo as much as he does.

I started CrossFit at CrossFit BEO in 2012 after becoming bored with the globo gym biceps curls/squats/treadmill routine. I was immediately hooked on the intensity of the workouts and the camaraderie of putting in work with other people. The results I saw kept me hooked.    

In 2014 I completed my Level 1 Certification and began coaching. In that time, I also aquired a CrossFit Weightlifting Certification and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer certification. 

In November of 2017, I came back 'home' to CrossFit BEO and couldn't be happier.

Helping people discover their best selves is my passion and I'm blessed to get to do it every day.

My name is Robert McLey. I started CrossFit around 5 years ago because I was bored with the same old bodybuilding split routine and I haven't looked back since. 

CrossFit Beo isn't just a gym for me its a place that I have met some amazing people and have had some great experiences. 

I am a level 2 CrossFit Trainer, and also certified in CrossFit Football and CrossFit Mobility. I work full-time just up the hill at West High as a 9th grade Success Strategies teacher.

Hi everyone! Thank you for checking out my info!!   My name is Alexandrea Duong but I go by the nickname of Bubz...yes you read the correctly BUBZ :) I have been a member of Crossfit Beo since April 13th, 2013. I have 3 children Cori 17, Trent 15 & Dain 15. I am married to my best friend Quan who has been my partner in crime since 1999.   

I have been in love with every aspect of Crossfit since my very first WOD. I am extremely passionate about Crossfit as a sport but even more passionate about Crossfit as a way for everyone and anyone to get more fit /healthy. I strongly believe Crossfit is for everyone! No matter their fitness level or physical capabilities. To be part of an amazing community like one we have here at Crossfit Beo is truly a blessing. I started Crossfit in the worst physical, emotional, and mental state of my life after the unexpected passing of my brother Eddie. I was over stressed, over medicated, and severely under motivated to make any changes in my life. My friend Danica convinced me to try a class and the rest is history......I can honestly say Crossfit Beo saved my life! Happier and overall healthier now. Im so grateful to have all the trainers and box mates who've become family to help me stay motivated to set and reach new goals. Aside from getting my L1 I more recently accepted the gym manger position , who knew what would become of that one trial class haha  I'll finish by passing on one of my favorite quotes that have helped me along the way on my crossfit journey.

Hello Everybody!   

My name is Doug Wagner. I started CrossFit about 5 years ago because I was looking for way to stay in shape and challenge myself. I often wish I had started earlier because I have enjoyed every moment of what we do. 

I feel stronger, healthier, and happier than I ever did before.  I work full-time at the University of South Dakota as the Director of the Muenster University Center.  I enjoy coming to CrossFit Beo because of the connections and friendships that I have made. It allows me to meet people who work outside the university.    

I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer as of September 2018. I want to help everyone achieve the goals they have for themselves both in the gym as well as in their personal lives.

Hey, I'm Will! I started Crossfit at Crossfit Beo during the 2017 Crossfit Games. 

I decided to try it out after concluding my playing of collegiate football and running collegiate track.

 After my first workout, I instantly fell in love with the complete craziness that was going on around me. It reminded me of days serving for the Minnesota National Gaurd and the idea of being prepared for anything that may come your way.
