CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We use weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing, running, and a host of other movements in infinite
combinations to keep challenging your level of fitness.

Beo Boot Camp is a 45 minute workout that will burn fat and calories using interval training, body weight movements and light weightlifting. No barbells or Olympic lifting here!
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6am and 6pm
Beo's kids fitness classes will get your kids moving with a combination of body weight movements, plyometrics, and light weight lifting. Our major focus is teaching beginners how to move correctly and safely and maximize their physical potential.
Class times: Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm
